Return/Exchange

NOTE FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  1. No returns or exchanges will be accepted except any damage.Damage needs to be verified with parcel opening video within 03 working days after delivery of item. Article should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Parcel opening video to be shared in what's app number given in the site.
  2. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.

The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.

  1. Products bought during sale are non-refundable.
  2. Damaged product will be exchanged with a fresh piece. In case of out of stock items a credit note will be given and that can be used in the next purchase.
  3. We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers.
  4. Once we have received the products as return a quality check would be done by our team. After checking the credit note will be initiated.

Cancellation Policy

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so within the next 24 hours of order placement. 

 

Returns for Damaged or Defective items Disclaimer:

Please take note of the following facts regarding returns for damaged or defective items:

  1. Eligibility:Returns will be accepted only in the case of damage or defect upon receipt of the item. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  2. Proof of Defect:In order to initiate a return for a damaged or defective item, customers are required to provide proof of the defect through a parcel opening video. This video must clearly demonstrate the condition of the item upon unboxing and must be sent to our customer support team within 3 days of receiving the order.
  3. Return Process:Upon verification of the defect through the provided video, our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization. The defective item must be returned to us within [number of days] days of receiving the return authorization.
  4. Replacement:Upon receiving the defective item, we will inspect it to confirm the damage or defect. If the defect is verified, a replacement of the same product will be sent to the customer within 7 days.
  5. Non-Returnable Items:Items that are not damaged or defective upon receipt, as well as items that have been used, worn, or altered, are not eligible for return.
  6. Refunds:Refunds will be issued only in the event that a replacement for the damaged or defective item is unavailable. Refunds will be issued in form of a credit note under the same account.
