Every saree is crafted and checked with utmost care. We value your trust and want to ensure transparency regarding our return policy.

1. No Returns/Refunds
We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances other than genuine manufacturing defects.

Exchanges are only possible in case of a proven defect.

2. Defective Products
If you receive a defective saree, you must:
Mail us at prativacollections@gmail.com
within 7 days of receiving the parcel.

Share proper proof in the form of a parcel opening video (from start to end, uncut and unedited).

Send clear pictures highlighting the defect.

3. Conditions for Acceptance
Only if our team verifies the defect as genuine, we will accept the return and arrange for an exchange with a fresh piece of the same saree.

No refunds will be issued in any case.

If the saree is out of stock, we will provide an alternative design of the same value.

4. Colour & Appearance Disclaimer
Slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to digital photography and screen resolutions.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as dislike of colour, look, or minor differences from images.

5. Important Notes
Returns sent without prior approval via email will not be accepted.

Saree must be unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging intact for the return to be valid.

Final decision regarding the defect and eligibility of exchange rests solely with
