By enrolling as a saree wholesaler customer with Prativa Collections, you agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

1. Trade License/Certificate of Incorporation: You must provide a valid trade license or certificate of incorporation confirming your status as a registered business entity engaged in the wholesale trade. Prativa Collections reserves the right to request proof of registration at any time.
2. Goods and Services Tax (GST): While not mandatory, having a valid Goods and Services Tax (GST) registration is considered an additional advantage. Customers with GST registration may be eligible for certain benefits or discounts as determined by Prativa Collections
3. Minimum Order Amount: The minimum order amount for wholesale purchases is set at ₹50,000 (Indian Rupees Fifty Thousand) or its equivalent in other currencies. Orders below this minimum threshold may not be accepted.
4. Prepayment Requirement: All wholesale orders must be prepaid in full prior to processing and shipment. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment method agreed upon by both parties. Orders will not be processed until payment has been received and confirmed by Prativa Collections.

By enrolling as a saree wholesaler customer with Prativa Collections, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the cancellation of your wholesale account and/or refusal of future orders. Prativa Collections reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
