No returns or exchanges will be accepted except any damage.Damage needs to be verified with parcel opening video within 03 working days after delivery of item. Article should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. Parcel opening video to be shared in what's app number given in the site.

The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
The product would be picked in 5-7 days after the return or exchange request is approved.

Damaged product will be exchanged with a fresh piece. In case of out of stock items a credit note will be given and that can be used in the next purchase.
